Penal decisions
Quebec courts impose sanctions on individuals and corporations who are found guilty of illegal practice of engineering or improper use of the title “engineer”. Please note these decisions are in French only.
Suspensions and restrictions of the right to practise engineering
A member’s right to practise engineering may be restricted in whole or in part. Please note that these decisions are in French only.
Disciplinary decisions
Decisions rendered by the Disciplinary Council are public, subject to any order to the contrary. Since June 1, 2001, these decisions are available free of charge on the SOQUIJ website.
To request access to a decision issued prior to June 1, 2001, please complete the Disciplinary Decision Request Form (in French only).
CEPs struck from the register of Candidates to the Engineering Profession
Candidates to the engineering profession may be removed from the register, meaning they can no longer continue toward obtaining an engineering permit.
