You have witnessed a problematic situation? Contact us today. The protection of the public is the OIQ’s primary mission and as such, we invite you to file a report or file a complaint at any time if you feel that the situation requires it.

File a report if you have doubts about the competence of an engineer or question their behaviour. You can also report a fraudulent practice or a person who practices the profession without being registered with the OIQ.

File a complaint if you disagree with a decision by the OIQ, or if an OIQ employee has not responded to your request in an adequate manner.

Conciliation of fees

If you are unable to reach an agreement with an engineer who has sent you an invoice for which you feel the amount is not justified, you can ask the OIQ for conciliation services.
