The hearing roll contains the list of the Order’s upcoming Disciplinary Council hearings and specifies the names of the parties
as well as the place, date and time of each hearing.
The hearings and decisions rendered by the Disciplinary Council are public.
Before the date on which a disciplinary hearing is held, the Council secretary may not provide public access to the documents
in the record or the complaint lodged. However, as of the date the first hearing is held, unless there is an order to the contrary,
the record of the disciplinary hearing is made public.
