Continuing education refers to all activities intended to update or develop the skills of our members. In short, continuing education allows engineers to maintain and enrich their professional practice.<\/p>\n

In Quebec, with some exceptions, engineers must participate in a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education over a period of two years, for the duration of their careers. This meets the requirements set out in the R\u00e8glement sur la formation continue obligatoire des ing\u00e9nieur<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

This is why the OIQ places such importance on continuing education.
