Who can apply for conciliation?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Any client who has a dispute over the amount of a fee charged by a member of the OIQ is entitled to conciliation.<\/p>\n

Under what conditions should you apply?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To be eligible, you must submit your claim within 60 days from the receipt of the invoice, even if the amount has been paid in whole or in part.<\/p>\n

Please note that if the Member has deducted or withheld payment from the account from funds held or received for you or on your behalf, the 60 days must be counted from the time you become aware of the deduction or withholding.<\/p>\n

How can I apply?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To obtain this service, you must complete the form \u201cDemande de conciliation\u201d (in French) and send it to us by e-mail at secretariat@oiq.qc.ca<\/a> (indicating \u201cDemande de conciliation\u201d in the subject line), or by mail:<\/p>\n
