Responsibilities
Assist the OIQ’s Board of Directors in introducing practices, policies and standards that ensure effective, developmental human resource management. These include the tasks involved in organizing, hiring, evaluating, compensating, planning and developing future members of the management team. Selection criteria Its members must:
- be specifically interested in human resources;
- having experience and expertise in human resource management and remuneration may be considered an asset.
Chair Member of the Board of Directors Frequency of meetings The Human Resource Committee meets three times per year or as needed.
