The purpose of the MWES is to guide young women who want to become engineers toward the engineer title. This program lets them benefit from the engineering knowledge and experiences shared by their mentors while they study engineering at university.
“The goal is to ensure that 30% of new members are women by 2030.”
The Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec supports Engineers Canada’s 30 by 30 initiative, which aims to increase the percentage of women among new members to 30% by 2030.
