The regional sections

The Order's 15 regional sections bolster the organization's regional presence and help it in carry out such tasks as:

• Promoting knowledge and application of ethical principles.
• Fostering professional development.
• Organizing technical, professional and networking activities.
• Cooperating in sponsorship programs.

Regional sections thus contribute to the development of the profession and of members throughout Quebec.

The Regional Council consists of the Order's president and the 15 regional section presidents. This council ensures that the regional sections contribute adequately to the Order's mission. It also makes certain that their activities correspond to the Order's policies. The Regional Council enables the regional sections to disseminate their opinions and to discuss their experiences and their development processes.
