IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT THE "MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY" (PUBLIC SITE AND EXTRANET FOR MEMBERS)
Due to an update of the computer environment of the Secretariat of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, the "Membership directory" (public site and extranet for members) is currently being updated. The "Membership directory" can still be consulted, although the information it contains dates from July 10, 2008.

List of temporary permit holders
The Order may issue a temporary permit to an individual coming to practice from outside Quebec. Such a permit is granted for a limited period (generally one year).
A temporary permit is only granted for a specific project. The party in question must obtain a permit for each project on which he is asked to work.
Temporary permit holders must comply with laws governing the practice of the engineering profession in Quebec.
Pursuant to the Professional Code, the information appearing in the Membership Directory is accessible to the extent the member is identified specifically.
