    The engineering profession in Quebec has taken a big hit in recent months, thanks to almost daily revelations of bid-rigging, cash-stuffed envelopes, and collusion with the underworld, all by a tiny minority of corrupt and greedy individuals.

    With over 60,000 members, the Ordre des ingenieurs du Quebec represents the 59,900 hard-working engineers who ensure that our food and water is safe, our power is delivered safely and reliably, our dwellings are sound, and our lives are filled with wondrous tools, machinery, equipment and toys.
