Criminal and Disciplinary Offence

Mission: The mission of the Criminal and Disciplinary Offence Committee is to study court or disciplinary decisions and then report on them in accordance with sections 45, 45.1, 45.2, 55.1 and 55.3 of the Professional Code:

  • for any candidate to the profession (who has applied for a permit or registration on the Roll) ;
  • for any professional who has been the subject of a court or disciplinary decision stipulated in paragraphs 1, 2, 5 or 6 of section 45 of the Professional Code.
