Every engineering school and faculty in Québec has a representative whose role is to serve
as a liaison between the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and engineering students.
Whether it is a professor or the vice president of external affairs of your student association,
these on-site representatives can answer all your questions and keep you up to date on the latest information of interest to students.
Professor representatives of the Order
The professor representative of the Order on your campus is the official liaison between the Order
and your engineering school or faculty and helps carry out the OIQ’s campus activities.
Professor representatives provide information on the role of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
within the professional system, as well as the qualifications for membership. They also have information about the Order’s Student Section and the awards and fellowships granted to engineering students.
